Midwest AI/ML Initiative Student Business Case Competition

Registration will be available in summer 2026.

The Business Case Competition engages students in applying AI and machine learning to real‑world challenges through a structured, faculty‑guided experience.

Student teams develop a business case that:

  • Identifies a meaningful problem suitable for AI/ML solutions
  • Proposes an ethical, feasible, and data‑informed approach
  • Articulates value, impact, and implementation considerations

The competition emphasizes applied learning, teamwork, and communication, making it accessible to students in technology, data, and applied programs.
